Rehab to Performance Program – Online

Are you feeling lost and frustrated with your current rehab program?

Is the lack of communication and accountability hindering your progression?

I bet you answered yes to both of those questions and many of our athletes were in the same frustrating position before they started with us.

Unfortunately the same 5-10 mundane exercises won’t prepare you for sport.

This is the path that many athletes take and probably the path you are currently on.

It may get you back to sport with a much longer rehab and you will probably be spending a lot of time sitting on the bench.

You may slowly lose your love for the game and ultimately you may lose your identity of an athlete. 


Fortunately, there is another path that has been built from all the mistakes coaches and ACL athletes have made going through the traditional model.

This path builds a stronger, faster and more confident athlete. It ticks all the boxes needed to return to sport at the highest level possible in the fastest time possible.

But it isn’t easy, it requires motivation, consistency and it's definitely not for everyone.

Introducing the Rehab to Performance Program.

This program creates consistency and gives athletes the direction they need.

With constant communication, weekly check ins and individualised rehab session, this program is unlike anything you have seen before.

Initial Consultation (Video Call)

Designed for the athlete and physio to discuss all areas of their current rehab situation. This includes an in-depth injury history, barriers the athlete is facing, athlete assessment and detailed plan of our rehab to performance program. This conversation is the start of an amazing journey together that will ultimately return the athlete to sport.

Rehab Program

You will receive a new strength/field training program every 4-6 weeks via Google Sheets to suit your current rehabilitation phase. Programs are constantly monitored and adapted depending on your injury progression.

Weekly Check-In (15min Phone/Video Call or Voice Message)

The weekly check-in allows the athlete and the coach to connect and discuss the week. This creates accountability and we utilise the information gathered to alter the program if necessary. Starting with calls and progressing into voice messages as the athlete progresses. 

Communication Access

Unlike your traditional physiotherapist that is impossible to get a hold of. Our athletes have access to us 5 days a week to ask any questions that may suddenly arise. We use WhatsApp for all communication.

Bi-weekly Questionnaire

The Questionnaire was designed to dive deeper into the rehab process. Understanding what is working and what needs improvement is the most important aspect of rehab. Every person is different, therefore every rehab program is different. Questionnaires are filled out via Google Forms, which are sent out fortnightly.

Rehab Testing

Based on your stage of rehabilitation, a testing protocol is critical to firstly determine a baseline and then see progressions throughout the rehab process. Rehab is 100% criteria based, which means the only way to return to sport safely is to pass all tests. We aim to get athletes in the clinic for testing or find a location close to home.

Radliff Rehab Mentorship

The Radliff Rehab Mentorship is designed for the up and coming allied health professional who want to understand exactly how to rehabilitate an athlete. This mentorship is focused around ACL athletes, however the overall principles are applied to all sports rehabilitation. 

Most allied health professionals coming out of university are lost when it comes to sports rehabilitation.

Most clinics don’t have the time, equipment or knowledge to mentor you in sports rehabilitation

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE CONTENT

Our Radliff Rehab Mentorship guides you through all phases required for a successful rehabilitation. 12 weeks of invaluable knowledge ranging from the plinth to the gym to the field and back. You will gain access to all systems we have created including our gym protocol, on/off feet conditioning protocol, speed protocol, testing protocol and exercise library. 

Week 1 - Nailing the fundamentals (In person)

Week 2 - Informal Call (Google meets - Discussion about challenging clients, caseload, past session, etc)

Week 3 - Returning to Running/Speed (In person)

Week 4 - Informal Call (Google meets - Discussion about challenging clients, caseload, past session, etc)

Week 5 - Speed in Rehab (Google meets)

Week 6 - Informal Call (Google meets - Discussion about challenging clients, caseload, past session, etc)

Week 7 - Gym in Rehab (Google meets)

Week 8 - Informal Call (Google meets - Discussion about challenging clients, caseload, past session, etc)

Week 9 - Testing in Rehab (In Person)

Week 11 - Mid to late stage gym or change of direction on the field (In person)

ABOUT RADLIFF Rehab

Jorden Radliff

Masters of Physiotherapy and Bachelor of Exercise Science.

Jorden started Radliff Rehab to bring his passion of Physiotherapy, Strength and Conditioning and Track and Field together. This combination has set the standard for elite rehab and is what every athlete needs to return to sport at the highest level.

He spends most of his time working with athletes returning from ACL injuries and you will catch him either in the gym or out on the sporting field, coaching.

Jorden has worked with many professional, semi-professional, college and recreational athletes from a wide variety of sports including AFL, Soccer, Rugby, Basketball, Netball and Lacrosse.
